Stagweekends.com is a privately funded venture with offices in both Glasgow and Hereford . Stagweekends.com was started in 2000 when one of the directors was asked to do the Best Man bit. What a hassle!!
When you book your break through Stagweekends.com you are using a service provided by Designaventure Ltd. Designaventure Ltd is registered in England and Wales with registered number 4862328. They are also ATOL bonded and their ATOL number is 6596.

How Do I Book My Uk Based Weekends
Once you have decided what you want to do, call our friendly sales team on Tel: 0870 240 3746
We will then, fill in a booking form for you and make sure everything is available and also go through any queries you may have
Deposit of £20.00 per person* is due at this stage, unless you are booking within 4 weeks of your departure date where we will require full payment.
* If your group is over 10 people we only require a total deposit of £200.00 per group.
Balance is due 4 weeks before your departure date
You can either pay by direct debit or credit card/s or cheque (see how do I pay below)
What if people let me down?
You then have up to 2 weeks before you go to cancel anyone off your booking and we will refund you in full providing you do not cancel a whole activity/accommodation night and you keep to your minimum activity group size. Within two weeks of your departure date; you can only increase your numbers
What if my numbers keep fluctuating?
We recommend you hold tight up until either 4 weeks prior to departure (balance stage ) or 2 weeks before you go. Your first amendment to your numbers is free of charge; any additional amendments there will be a £20 administration charge (per amendment, not per person)
How do I pay?
We except all major credit/debit cards e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, American Express etc. We do not except Visa Electron
We also except cheques & postal orders (made payable to Designaventure Ltd) and sent with a booking form or a fully explained letter to Stagweekends.com, C/O Designaventure Ltd, Stocks House, Wellington Herefordshire HR4 8AZ (Before posting off please check availability with our sales team)

What if I need to cancel the whole booking?
Outside 4 weeks of your departure date - Loss of original deposit
4 – 2 Weeks prior to your departure date - you will be charged 100% of the minimum numbers required to participate in the original activities/accommodation booked.
Within 2 weeks of your departure date – you will be charged 100% of the total break cost.

All of our bookings are made through Designaventure Ltd, giving you peace of mind that your booking is in the safe hands of an ATOL bonded stag & hen tour operator.
