Cliff Jumping
Exactly what it says it is. Jumping from a cliff onto a soft spot preferably in to the river, you’ll start at 15 feet and working your way up. When taken to your first launch site you will be taught the correct techniques for jumping and entering the water correctly. The instructors will watch how you jump, and as soon as your technique is good enough, they will take you to the next level of jumping. In a nutshell, it is canyoning without the ropes. For getting the adrenaline pumping, this activity cannot be beaten. NB You must be able to swim
