How to Book a UK Stag weekends package

For bookings abroad click here - How do I book my overseas break?
  1. Contact us to discuss your ideas and location choice.
  2. Check availability with the Stag Weekends team.
  3. Book and pay the deposit to hold your places (we know how difficult it is to give exact numbers so just give us your best guide at this stage).
  • We require a £100 group deposit
  • For groups of over 30 people we may need a per person deposit 4 weeks after paying the initial deposit, this will depend on your departure date.
  • You can pay the deposit with any major debit/credit card please call 01432 830880, we only charge extra if you want to use American Express.

What happens next

  • On receipt of your deposit, your break will be confirmed in writing, stating what you've booked, how much you have paid and when the balance is due.
  • The balance is due 5 weeks before your arrival date, this is an ideal time to make number changes.
  • On receipt of full payment your itinerary information pack will be sent to you. Please check this carefully. If you have any queries please contact us immediately.
  • You can cancel people off your booking up until 4 weeks prior to departure. Occasionally however special conditions where this is not possible may apply.
  • Within 4 weeks of your departure date you can only add people to your book.
